[modfilms-general] Sanctuary update

Hi there, 
 
Quick update on who's down for what in Team Sanctuary atm. If you're down
for some task below but have to pull out for any reason, no dramas, just let
us know.
 
Three work streams going on in parallel, looking beyond Sanctuary.
 
1) Updating market research and creating 30 sec demo to suit
2) Preparing next stage business plan for further funding
3) Progressing Sanctuary post with volunteers ahead of completion funds

*	I'm in discussions with MELT (South Yorkshire interactive fund) re.
post funding principally for user-interface design and production and doing
more market research. I'm also (slowly) re-factoring the modfilms.net
prototype to get to soft-launch.
*	Ann-Kristin is drafting the next stage business plan for investors
in the buisiness. Looking for Sanctuary completion funds as part of
marketing and R&D.
*	Alex is hosting our beta-band on Multiply and keeping abreast of
thing social media thingie (growing 47% a year I'm told)
*	Damon is going to do some test compositing of key shots.
*	Christine is negotiating the music licensing terms, initially with
Distinctive Records for a Hybrid track.
*	Tom is working on pre-viz for the State Registry opening shot.
*	Steve is doing a new conform to collect missing shots and
"picture-in-picture" DV needed for VFX, talking to Nicos about HD playout
gear and sounding out people for grading
*	Claudia is investigating how we might get some Soho post volunteers
working on test shots
